  Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30 1991, is more commonly popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) who is an American artist, singer, and songwriter. His stage name is the name of his favorite uncle, paired with the first name of one of his inspirations, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. The record was released under the Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. In 2013, Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015), his debut album on the studio, featured the hit single "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) hit number one on the Billboard 200. Scott has released his second album in conjunction with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was his third studio album Astroworld. Scott also recorded his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. After the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott became the first artist in the Hot 100 to have three singles reach number 1 in less that an entire year, in the year 2020.
